Talk about fun. This Hello Kitty cake was made for Tara Patrick celebrating her birthday last week. We covered the cake in fondant to create the quilted look. Inside was delicous vanilla bean buttercream with alternating layers of vanilla cake and chocolate cake. Evan told us to make a very special birthday cake…and that’s just what we did.

This is such a sweet looking cake! I clicked on the photo to get an up close look at it and the attention to detail and the creative colors really make this a beautiful cake. I’m sure it tasted delicious….yummy! I’m a huge fan of your cakes and I’m always impressed with what you come up with.
